  • Reconciliation of Suppliers, Interbranch/intercompany, Banks, and Credit Cards.

  • Preparation of various Daily, Weekly, Fortnight, monthly and yearly reports to management
  • Perform Month-end and year-end activities for the clients.

      Job description

  • Handle customer inquiries by Telephone, Email and Chat.
  • Search travel booking reservations to the customers and close the sales.
  • Describe various travel products to the customers and respond to queries.
  • Understanding of client travel policy and provide consultations to the customer.
  • Fulfill all requests of customer regarding passport , visa etc necessary regulations.
  • Inform the client with the required travel information, such as low fares, cost of re issue, reschedule, refund penalties.
  • A Good Team Player with a desire to learn, perform and grow.

 

      Skills:

  • Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Travelport/Sabre)
  • Knowledge of Booking Engine, CRM & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Good Communication Skills in English and Arabic would be added advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of the travel industry, destination, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Must be flexible to work timings as per Overseas Client requirement.

  • Ability to supervise a team of 10-15 accountants and meet client deliverables within deadline.
  • Ability to naturally assume ownership of initiatives, requiring minimal supervision to consistently deliver outstanding results.
  • Review day to day activities of team including but not limited to Invoicing. Reconciliation, Receipts, Payments, Revenue Audit, reporting etc.
  • Training of new hired staff on fundamental skills along with the business context and examples.
  • Review of internal controls and process of ensuring the management approvals. Suggest and implement revisions if required.
  • Understanding the training needs for your accounts team and coming up with appropriate action plans.

      Skills:

  • 5-7 years hands-on experience in related Fields of Accounting & Finance.

  • Should possess strong understanding, capability and skillsets in auditing financial controls, process controls and compliance reviews.
  • Preparation of financials as per IFRS/GAP.
  • Preparation of Audit Schedules.
  • Assistance in timely closure of books of accounts and preparation of inter-company invoice.
  • Experience in Internal controls, risk mitigation and business process reviews.
  • Audit Co-ordination & Facilitation - Meetings with key personnel of various work areas.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial/operational/process audits, compliance audits.
  • Planning, conducting walkthroughs, drafting process understanding and its controls.

     

      Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of Audit experience in the areas of Internal Audit, Compliance & Risk Advisory services preferably in Travel & Tourism domain.
